We will conduct what we’ve dubbed our DISCOVERY CALL, wherein you can speak with a  dedicated account manager to discuss what you want and need for your business.

This is where we touch base with you on where you’re at, and where you want to take your business. Which of our packages do you prefer? Are there any particular platforms you want us to be on? Any software you think is best to use? Any attitudes you don’t want brought to the table? This is the time to lay it out for us.

After the Discovery Call, the account manager will ask for a lead time of 7 to 14 days to match your information from the call with an appropriate virtual assistant.

We then conduct an Onboarding Call with you, the account manager, and the chosen virtual assistant. You get to tell them your preferences and expectations when they take on the job of helping you grow your business. These virtual assistants then undergo a bit of training to familiarize themselves with you, your preferred technologies and platforms, and other things you feel they need to know.

Except for Silang availers though: If you signed up for this package, you and your virtual assistant can go straight to signing Non-Disclosure Agreements and the contract too.

If you feel that the virtual assistant tasked to you is not really what you’re looking for, you are more than welcome to request a change of personnel after a month. In a matter of a few days, we’d be able to send a replacement.

Absolutely! The minimum number of months required in the subscription  is 4 months including the trial month.

Good question! Upon onboarding, we’ll ask for 50% down payment upfront and the rest is by the end of the trial month. The next payment would then be the month after.

We hire in 4 different steps but the last stage is dependent on which package you purchased. In Luna and Rizal, we’ll send you a recording of the interview of 2-3 applicants that you can choose from. With the Silang package, you’d be conducting the last interview.

Stage 1 | Recruiting: We accept CVs and resumes and choose candidates that meet our minimum experience requirements, including at least two years of work experience, experience with remote work, and experience working with clients from Australia, Europe, US, and United Kingdom.

Stage 2 | Tests: The chosen candidates will undergo a typing speed test, internet speed test, backup connectivity check, and device evaluation. Once all those are up to our standards, we’ll have them go through a written test and character assessment test.

Stage 3 | Initial interview: The successful candidate will go through the initial interview with the Account Manager. This is where we assess their verbal communication skills, software and tools familiarity, schedule availability, previous work experience that match your needs, punctuality, tech requirements and other skills that may be useful for you.

Stage 4 | Final interview: During the final interview, we (or you get to) evaluate cultural compatibility, comprehension abilities, and delve deeper into their expertise in specific tech stacks, sectors, and previous experience.
